Accommodation Terms & Conditions
- Extra charges may apply for 4 wheel drive vehicles (All 4WD Vehicles must be registered).
- Rates are subject to review at owners discretion.
- “Children” are defined as up to and including Grade 10 or 15 years of age.
- Stay 6 nights get the 7th night free (inc elec. charge) except at Christmas, Easter and (city parks only) QLD school holidays.
- Bookings can be made up to twelve months in advance only, with all bookings subject to any fee increase which may have occurred since the booking was made.
- A minimum period of stay of three consecutive days over the Christmas, Easter and school holiday periods is required.
- Deposits: All advance bookings (except Christmas bookings exceeding three weeks -) will be subject to a deposit of $50 or 25% of the standard booking fee (whichever is the greater) up to a maximum of two weeks fees, except where the total cost of a booking is less than $50, in which case, the total amount must be paid in advance when the booking is made.
- Christmas stays exceeding one week:- 25% of the standard booking fee is to be paid at the time of booking, up to a maximum of two weeks, with a total of at least three weeks fees to have been paid in full by the end of October. Fees must remain in advance at all times.
- Non-booked stays:- The total fee or two weeks full fees must be paid on arrival (whichever is the lesser) and fees must remain a minimum of two weeks in advance at all times.
- Refunds are not payable for cancellations made with less than one calendar month’s notice given, nor for early departures, without approval from owners, which will only be given in exceptional circumstances. General poor weather conditions are not considered grounds for a refund. All refund requests must be made in writing to the Park Manager, stating reasons for the early departure and including copies of relevant receipts. Refunds will be subject to the deduction of a 20% administration charge.
- Subject to Refund clause above, where one calendar month’s notice of cancellation has been given, deposits and fees paid in advance may be transferred to another date within twelve months of the original booking date. However, transfers will be allowed and/or refunds will be payable for two cancellations only, with no transfer and/or refund applicable for any further cancellations.
- It is the responsibility of all campers bringing their own horses to comply with local and state legislation requirements and must be compliant with safety riding equipment .
- It is the responsibility or parents or guardians to ensure children are supervised at creeks and waterholes at all times. Diving and jump into creeks is not permitted.
- It is the responsibility of all campers to ensure their camp sites are safe and not erected under trees. Falling limbs are dangerous.
- It is the responsibility of all dog owners to ensure their dog/s do not interfere or disturb the peace and enjoyment of other campers or harm their person/s.
