Caravan and Camper Trailer Holidays
Gordon Country is the perfect spot for your next caravan and camper holiday! Bring along your home away from home for a great selection of very large sites with easy access. That includes your combie, camper trailer or customised van!
Spoil yourself – sit back, relax and watch how much fun kids and dogs can generate! They’ll relish the freedom, open spaces, exploration, swimming holes, yabbying, riding their bikes or just hanging out near the campfire. Imagine that! And there’s lots more here at Gordon Country!
Gather firewood for your campfires – it’s everywhere on ground for you to collect and it’s FREE. We suggest however, if gathering your own is your preferred option, that you might like to bring an axe or small chainsaw (for operators appropriately skilled and with safety wear). Alternately we make available for your convenience, pre cut and bagged firewood for $16.
Caravans and Trailers – take advantage of our powered sites which are at The Cottage Camp and we now have 22 available. All other sites are without power.
Each site is allowed a maximum of 10 persons and there is a nominal surcharge or these powered sites. Book ONLINE for your convenience.
You can also book your unpowered site ONLINE from $18 per day per adult with children (above 4 years) at $11 each per night.
Suggested Sites for Caravans
- Guests towing with conventional vehicles and requiring facilities – we suggest The Cottage Site. Located where the first camping sign is approximately 400metres after the start of the gravel road. BullHole is the next main camping site along and while it doesn’t have onsite facilities, it’s a very short 3 minute walk to the facilities at the Cottage Site. Black Cockatoo, which is about 1klm further on, also has facilities and is easily accessible by Caravans.
- Guests with 4WD’s and independent campers with your own facilities – we suggest exploring! That said, the Banshee Valley sites are situated in a 3 klm long valley with great sites all along the creek and it’s perfect if you’d like a little more privacy. Ask for directions on arrival.
We’re pleased to say that bridges are now operational at our private creek crossings to make the Banshee available to conventional vehicles as well.
Please note: Both adult and child prices are higher for Long Weekends and Peak Periods such as Easter. Block Prices apply for these periods. All precise rates for your preferred dates can be checked online.
Also don’t forget your vehicle fees – these allow us to maintain the existing tracks and trails and create new ones! If 4WDriving there is a mandatory fee of $30 with a fee of $10 per car. These fees are in addition to your camping fee and cover the duration of your stay.
